FULL TIME – CREDIT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/PROCESSING

MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00AM TO 5:00PM

Administrative

• Write and update procedures and keep everything up to date on TED
• Special projects (holiday deferral letters, purge old loans, process RMCRC loans, etc.)
• Other projects as needed
• Manage vendor relationships and programs – LaserPro, DecisionPro, ConsumerBot, OnBoard, JD Power/NADA, Experian, Utah.gov (UCC, BES, TLR, SCR), Allied, LERETA, e-OSCAR, Securian
• Set up user logins and reset passwords for select programs
• Read release notes prior to updates
• Review billings for select programs
• Provide user support for and troubleshoot issues with programs
  

Compliance

• Assist Compliance with special projects
• Work with Compliance to ensure our documents and procedures are in compliance with regulations and update as necessary
  
  

Training

• Train Loan Processors
• Training will include LaserPro, LERETA, BankRite, UCC, BES, TLR, Geocode
• Train processors in regard to processing applications, regulations, compliance, etc.
• Train processors on processing new loan requests, renewals, and extensions
• Help processors pass off requirements to move up to the next tier
• Provide ongoing support and training for loan processors
• Create and maintain online trainings and other resources for loan processors
• Be a liaison between lending in the offices and Central Loans (including TRID & Clerks)
